Christmas tree terms and conditions for tree delivery
1. **Delivery Window:** Deliveries will be made within the agreed-upon time slot. Customers will be notified of any delays.
2. **Delivery Charges:** Deliveries are free within Barry. Delivery fees will apply based on distance or location outside of Barry. These charges will be communicated upfront.
3. **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations must be made 32hours of collection/delivery to receive a refund. Late cancellations may incur charges.
4. **Tree Condition:** We guarantee the quality of our trees upon delivery. Please inspect the tree upon receipt. Contact us immediately for any concerns.
5. **Delivery Area:** We deliver within specified regions. Customers outside these areas may incur additional charges or delivery restrictions.
6. **Delivery Instructions:** Clear delivery instructions are essential. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and accessible drop-off points. We do not accept responsibility for any theft/damage to tree once delivered.
7. **Refund Policy:** Refunds or replacements will be considered for damaged or unsatisfactory trees, subject to our assessment.

Terms and conditions for our Christmas tree collection service
1. **Collection Dates:** Tree collection will commence on specified dates, typically starting from the 8th of January, and run for a limited period. Customers are responsible for adhering to this schedule.
2. **Collection Location:** Trees must be placed at the front garden or kerbside as specified from the 8th of January onwards. We do not enter private properties for collection.
3. **Preparation:** Trees should be stripped of all decorations, lights, and stands prior to collection. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
4. **Accessibility:** The collection area must be easily accessible for our team. Any obstacles hindering pickup may incur rescheduling or extra fees.
5. **Tree Eligibility:** We collect only natural, non-artificial trees.
6. **Customer Responsibility:** Customers must ensure the tree is outside and ready for collection on the agreed-upon date. Failure to have the tree available will result in charges.
7. **Liability:** We take all necessary precautions during collection. However, customers are responsible for any damage or injury resulting from inadequate tree preparation or placement.
